Even though we've had many 'mithais' in our lifetime, we've had many photographers at PAF Chapter we've had many photography pages at PAF Chapter. This year there is one photographer who has out shined the rest, not only by his work or his affiliation with the societies at PAF Chapter but also by the name: JALEBI :D

Yes folks, this week Faizan-Jalebi-Sheikh deserves a pat on the back for all that he did for us. He's there even before you can say 'Jalebi'
Who said photographers do the work but never get the limelight ?

Well the Student Blog took out time to for a one on one chat with Faizan, here's how it went.

1. Jalebi Productions, how did it actually begin ?

- Well, previously I had made different pages for different purposes regarding Film Making and Photography only so instead of having so many, me and my partner Faizan Ahmed (aka Manooch) decided to launch a page where we could keep everything in one place. On 3rd June 2012 the page was launched and work began in August with our very first video "The Darkness in the City of Lights". :)

2. Of all the other possible names, why Jalebi ?
- Our main aim was to choose a unique name so when people look it up it would be easier to find it. Also, we wanted the name to stand out among other pages in the similar field so we thought of giving it a desi touch, so Jalebi Productions was our final decision and it seems like we got what we were seeking for ;)

3. Where do you see Jalebi Productions in 20 years from now ?
- Our hopes are to promote it all over Pakistan within that time span. Planning it step by step and trying our bestest to spread it as much as possible. The plan is to first spread in school, then other schools, later on the whole city and so on.. Inshaa Allah.

4. You're quite famous at Chapter now, how does it feel ?
- It's a very proud moment when you're called a Jalebi by random people, standing up for something and being appreciated by you people for doing what I love to do. I never saw this coming :o but feels awesome apart from the fact that Manooch isn't here. :/

5. The much awaited question, is the Jalebi-Society friendship going to go beyond Outreach Society and the Blogging Society ?
- Honestly speaking, I never thought this would happen :but now that it has, looking forward to joining hands with all the other Societies as well.. Always available for help :) We've signed a contract with the Outreach Society as their official Media Partners but we can help other societies out as well !

6. Message for the Readers

- Seriously guys, It was not at all possible without you! We would like to thank all of you Jalebians for your support and appreciating our effort! It's all for you guys :D
