Ahoy Pafians! It's good to see that AS have finally and OFFICIALLY set sail the S.S.Chapter, here they'll encounter adventures to last a lifetime!
The ticket to this ride was none other than a Welcome-istic Costume Book Party, it was CHAPTER TALES! An evening where we all got a chance to dress up as our favorite storybook characters. The condition of the city being unfavorable that day, did put up a challenge to the performers but all the obstacles were left behind as the show went on! :D
For all those who came to the welcome other than 'Insaan', Zeest loves you all. :p. Our HeadGirl herself dressed up as Cruella from 101 Dalmations. We had a colorful variety of characters that included the Red Riding Hood (without a wolf, thankfully :D ), Witches and Wizards (they're pretty popular after Harry Potter you know :p), Creepy Ghost Faces (Yes, ghosts are there in many storybooks), Harry, Hermoine and Dumbledore (*potterhead dream come true*), Cat Lady, Cat in The Hat (Yeah, the one from Dr.Suess's books :D ), Mr. and Mrs. Adam from the Adams Family, Tinkerbell from Peter Pan, Mandark (The one from Dexter's Laboratory), Red Indian, HARVEY DENT and fairies (We had our very own Faizan Khalid dressed up as a fairy too! ) and for all the anime lovers out there, Misa from Death Note. :D
The performances, the excitement, the food that followed, summed up the entire event, with the two talentd Free Stylin' Footballers, Hunain and Hassan Asim, stealing the show.
Well, this was just the begiininng my young AS, abhi aagay aagay daikhtay jao. We promise never to serve you 'KHATTI' (Read: sour) kulfi again! ^_^
